Refund & Reschedule Policy

All sessions are booked at a flat fee of ₹2,000 for a 30-minute reading.

Because each session is one-on-one time set aside personally for you, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

You may reschedule once, free of charge, provided you request the change at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Please write in from the email you booked with.

Reschedules requested less than 24 hours before the session, or no-shows, are treated as the session having taken place, and cannot be moved or refunded.

Any technical issue from the practitioner's side is always reimbursed by rescheduling at a time convenient to you.
